Travellers can cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time (local timezone) to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Post-booking Policies

We reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund in the event of

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Insufficient number of travellers

Please be advised that all equipment provided by Fellas is free of charge. However, in the event that any equipment is lost or damaged, we will need to charge the full replacement cost.
